Covering Footprint In Floor Leveler?

After waiting until the following day for the tilers floor leveling compound to dry, most of it has apart from a small section which has left an imprint of my foot.
I tried to correct this with a trowel and it made it look worse by a skin peeling off effect, i don't want the tiler to know about it wondering how to disguise it.
I thought of waiting a day or so and using some filler but floor leveling compound looks like a grey marble effect and white filler will be very noticeable, any Ideas?

What ever you do to try and cover it, the "repair" will stick out like a sore thumb. The tiler will be able to spot it a mile away, so don't bother trying to hide it.

When the tile adhesive is put down, it will fill the hole - The tiler may even trowel a thin layer of adhesive over the footprint before he starts. Just leave it to him to repair the damage.

Typical customer.... self leveller takes max 5 hrs to cure even at 50mm thickness. Looks like you ignored your tradesman and walked in after a few hours .

  • In very cold weather I can well believe it taking ages to dry, painting an empty property this week and you can still smell wet emulsion paint 2 days later, in warm weather we recoat after a couple of hours.

Tiler won't have any problem with that, just leave it. Easily dealt with.

There are many claims by so-called tradesmen/etc but it all dpends on the thickness, the mix ratio, the weather, humidty, how cold the floor is, ventilation/etc/etc so I beleive you. As it's going to be covered, sorry what is the problem?
