Buy a house with ISA S&S money?

As the title says, should I buy my home using my ISA S&S money? I've been saving for quite a while and have around 80k, location is London, so I'll need around 500k.
Or should I start saving for a deposit and keep the ISA S&S? Thoughts?

I would think your ISA is depressed at the moment due to Brexit and global trade fears, the FTSE being down >10% over the last few weeks. I wouldn't be cashing it in now unless you are pressured by one of the 3 Ds.Signature on holiday for two weeks0
