What’s Resolver.. Is it something within Shutl?
It's supposed to be a type of mediation, to be honest it's just a glorified filing system for emails to from you/someone you are in dispute with.

I received this email back this morning, so all solved. As I cancelled the paypal automatic regular payment, I assume they will send me another invoice or a reminder?

I don't think they send reminders but someone who still uses them may be able to help confirm that.0 -
Just to update, I reinstated the regular payment and they ended up not taking off the charge so the full amount came out of my PayPal.
I complained and they apologised and sent an ‘invoice’ with a credit on it, then next day a refund via PayPal.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0
