    I received this email back this morning, so all solved. As I cancelled the paypal automatic regular payment, I assume they will send me another invoice or a reminder?


    [FONT=&quot]"I have reviewed the the courier information and the pictures you have sent and I have decided to reverse the admin charge for this package. It will be removed before the automatic payment date so rest assured you will not be charged for this label."[/FONT]

    Result.

    I don't think they send reminders but someone who still uses them may be able to help confirm that.

    Just to update, I reinstated the regular payment and they ended up not taking off the charge so the full amount came out of my PayPal.
    I complained and they apologised and sent an ‘invoice’ with a credit on it, then next day a refund via PayPal.
    I Hate Jobsworths!!!
