A whinge about Vodafone. Re: upgrade

Upgrade time again and having to go through several departments to get the deal you know they can do without a quibble so why do they make it look like you are special and only offering this deal for me.

Standard 30% discount. OK that bit was not too much hassle. BUT...

Why do they activate secure net when i clearly said i dont even want to trial it. Cancel that right away. Did they? NO.

And for some odd reason they have activated the voicemail. I switched that off over 12 years ago. Why have they enabled that???

Access to premium numbers needed to be disabled, they have set all that junk to allow.

Why do i go through this? But are there any phone providers that get it right all the time?
