Gemini ticket lost

Hello,

I am a newbie here and have read the NEWBIE post.

I believe my case is a little different from others. I received a Gemini ticket at a leisure centre 2 weeks ago on the windscreen.

Unfortunately, when I decided to pay the fine today and noticed it’s been lost. So I googled and thank God I found this thread.
Please can someone advise:

1) should I wait till day 26 to appeal ( I don’t have any ref)
2)should I call Gemini and admit I’ve lost the PCN
3)should I pay tomorrow (which is within 14 days time slot)

I forgot to mention that the car is with my husband’s name and he is the register keeper.

Many thanks in advance

Lynn

Since you have lost the Notice to Driver, I think you have no option but to wait for a Notice to Keeper to drop through the letter-box.

Your husband, the keeper, should then respond using the blue text template appeal found in post #1 of [URL="https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread[/URL].

It should be sent unchanged - no additions or alterations necessary.

At no time should the driver's identity be revealed.
  • Thanks Keith.

I’ll wait until NTK came and ask him to reply once we get it.

    Regards
    Lynn
