Looks fine, except change 'I' to 'The Defendant' throughout.

You might also want to add the usual point about no standing/landowner authority, as you say this area has no signs/rules I would add in that element of doubt.

I agree with the 2 items mentioned above , because no landowner authority and poor and inadequate signage are the 2 most common items in any appeal or defence , plus laws like POFA2012 etc too

plus this paragraph below is incorrect

    6. The defendant will also be providing pictures taken over different times to show how badly the parking spaces are managed. There are no rules or regulation or any concern for safety of the people as cars are parked everywhere.

note the above change in red from the original too

proof read your defence, because a learned judge may or will see it
  • Hi guys, just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help.

I couldn't have done this without this forum and all of you supporting me.

I have submitted mine on Friday. I am checking the website but it still hasn't changed from AoS, will give it a few days before calling to check.

    Will keep everyone updated.

    OK!

Now be ready for each stage, by consulting bargepole's summary of what happens when and how to fill in the DQ, then WS & evidence stage.
