You agreed to the terms when you signed up and were obviously happy with them (or didn't bother reading them).
Maplin are in administration perhaps a word with the administrator should be your next port of call? But I think hell might freeze over first.
No doubt you will be back on here in a few weeks claiming victory and how you were right all along.0 -

I am an experienced MSE forum member not a newbie thank you.
While I am not happy with their terms they have a compelling offer.
I am surprised nobody else has doubt on the legitimacy of their terms.

That's harsh. I browse the investments forum on here and Alex is very generous with his advice and experience on there. I and many others have benefitted from his insights. You agreed to the terms when you signed up and were obviously happy with them (or didn't bother reading them).

That probably explains why they were PPRed. You're replying to a post from over a year ago.Aylesbury_Duck wrote: »That's harsh.0 -

The last update I had from TCB was they were working with the 'agency network' to try and get the money and then looking again today it seems they had closed the claim without telling me. I queried this and they replied almost immediately saying they would change it to payable. Hurrah!AHAR said:My two Maplin transactions from December 2017 went payable today!

I got the same on a year old claim that was 'confirmed' from another retailer - also changed to payable today after submitting a ticket - they must be in a generous mood!Alexland said:

TCB have been very good sorting out a few claims for me lately - much more reliable than the shower over at Quidco.
