hi all i need to create a form for work and i have no idea how but i do need a couple of requirements
1.they have to enter bank details so i would ideally like it to pop up that it needs to be 8 digits and 6 digits for the sort code
2.also i would like a drop down menu that when you click on one of the things it automatically fills in the the rest of the details and the details would somehow need to be stored somewhere i guess

Hi blinko,
I think you should get more help with this on the Techie board so I'll move your thread across.

If you are palnning to do this sort of thing on a website, you will need to use a server side code such as Asp.Net, PHP etc and a Access database or Sql database.
There are some issuses with this such as having SSL ( the padlock at the bottom of the page), the security of the data store, and will you need to register with the data protection registrar, and take into account any liablity you may be exposed to if the data is hacked,0 -
