Balance transfer - have I missed something?

Today I applied (via MSE website) for an M&S card so I could transfer balance from another credit card and pay it off at 0% interest. During the process, there were the usual questions about income, addresses etc etc but nothing about my current credit card and how much balance I wanted to transfer. I've now had an email…

Update (if anyone's still awake after all the turkey and chocolate):

Got my card today and the credit limit is more than enough for me to complete the balance transfer. I've got 28 months at 0% (with a 0.99% fee) so, all in all, that's what I was after.
