PCN Notice to Keeper, despite appeal.

I appealed the PCN that was issued to the driver on the 24th of October. I waited for the advised 26 days, and used the template appeal. Today I received a NTK, with no mention of the appeal. This is UKPC I'm talking about. Any advice on what they might be playing at?

appeal again as KEEPER using the same template appeal
to comply with POFA2012 they have to issue the NTK anyway, regardless of any appeal0 -

I tried to make another appeal this morning. All I got was a note saying that a final decision had been reached. I suppose I'll have to wait for their rejection letter, which is due around Christmas Eve. Ha. Merry Christmas Mr Scrooge!0
