Hi
So I moved out of my flat on the 30th November, and have not got my deposit back, i contacted the estate agents and they have said the landlord has not even done the inventory, they are trying to get hold of him repeatedly but he is not replying ( common for him) I have also contacted him, no reply.
What can i do? i need my deposit back

Put in a claim to the DPS. You don't need to wait, do it now.0

I cannot find my details for the tenancy deposit so I cannot get onto the DPS

Check all the schemes; double check with the letting agent, then send a letter before action to sue the landlord for 3x deposit. Bet he'll be quick to respond then.0
