Pcn final reminder?

Hi guys, i got this final reminder from exel parking. Problem is i never got a 'first notice' got this final reminder straight away. Other thing is i am 100% sure i paid for the ticket. When i went to their website ( myparkingcharge.co.uk) to appeal they had pictures of my car entering and exiting only. Does this realy count as evidence?

Can someone please give some advice on what to do.

then IGNORE for 6 years UNLESS they issue an LBC or an MCOL

Did the car park require you to enter your VRN the usual reason for a PCN is inputting the wrong details eg a o instead of a 0

chances are that you made a mistake when entering the VRM for the ticket

if you still have the paid for ticket, check it

if not, then take heed of this warning posted over 18 months ago on this site

this is EXCEL, not PARKING EYE

you do what I said earlier, appealing to EXCEL , as keeper, preferably on their website

perhaps mention that

THE DRIVER MAY HAVE KEYED IN AN INCORRECT VRM SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR PDT MACHINE AGAIN FOR CLOSE MATCHES

or words to that effect
