    Some interesting points;-
    1) The local MP still calls them "fines" and "Penalties"; (although he isn't the actual MP for Felixstowe).
    2) Proserve are still banned from DVLA access
    3) They issue Trespass notices; so no contract is being offered.
    4) Total lack of response/interest from the Government, (I liked the "pre-prepared speech" comment by Daniel Poulter).

    they dont even know the price of bread and milk , hell judges even think it costs £100 for lunch in greggs
