Smart parking PCN

Hi all.
Received a PCN notice from smart parking through the post for an overstay in a car park.
Used one of the templates to appeal the PCN through Smart Parkings website however I feel I have made an error and ruined my chances of getting it overthrown.
Specifically I've added to the template with the following:
Submitted the appeal last night, have I ruined my chances of getting it thrown out?
Appreciate any help

I will not be paying your demand for payment for the following reasons;
- There was inadequate signage.
The car park in question does not have clear signage to explain what the relevant parking restrictions are. Please see attached evidence of the view from the parking space I was in. In addition the signage is facing the other direction from where I entered the car park.
- The charge is disproportionate and not commercially justifiable.
The amount you have charged is not based upon any commercially justifiable loss to the landowner or your company.
In addition, I attach two receipts from two retailers on the retail park to prove I was a genuine, paying customer.
Submitted the appeal last night, have I ruined my chances of getting it thrown out?
Appreciate any help

you made it worse by admitting you parked, its easier for them to take the driver to court than to prove a keeper was liable under POFA2012
this is why we tell people to use the blue text template "as is", because a blabbermouth and their money are soon parted
you made it harder, not ruined it, a driver appeal and defence can be harder to win
BEAVIS overstayed, BEAVIS lost , 3 times in court and the disproportionate argument died with his last case at the Supreme Court 2 years ago
complain STRONGLY to the M.A. or landowner with copies of proof of patronage and get them to cancel it asap0
