HELP: WREN Kitchen - what are my rights

First things first: I have had tonnes of problems with my kitchen that is only 3 years old. Worktops have been replaced 3 times due to warping, tap broke, next one fell off... i spent £18k on this kitchen. 2 years of finance left.
Now my new problem which is major and i don't know what my rights are. Help!!
The High Pressure indestructible (sarcasm) wrap on the doors in bubbling off, all of them. They accept this is an issue and have casually advised that EVERYTHING (excluding carcasses) needs to be replaced as the colour French Partridge has been discontinued. They have said they will replace it with Pebble.
But i don't want pebble, i don't like pebble, its nothing like French Partridge. Do i have the right to chose the colour they replace it with? I don't want to pay for something i don't want/like/didn't chose or originally purchase!

You can’t force them to provide a remedy that is impossible.
Is it not possible at all to get that colour or simply not something that Wren can achieve personally?
If a repair can not be achieved you can seek a price reduction (typically the cost of you getting the remedial work done by someone else)
Have you told the finance company what’s happening and asked for their help?
Edit: have they explained why they can only offer one other colour?0 -
You have aces in your hand so play them. The finance company are equally liable so as they have admitted liability you can refuse their offer and insist on an alternative to your choosing (within reason).
If not start a S75 claim with the finance co for breach od contract.
Tell them you will find another company to put it right, again keeping it similar to what you have now and expect them to pay for it.
Putting pressure on the finance co gets better results than Wren themselves as wren fob you off, where as a finance co know you have rights.0 -

Is Pebble not the nearest colour to French Partridge which is no longer available?0

Hi there,
They have to replace all of the doors as they cannot be repaired but they have discontinued the colour of my kitchen so have offered an alternative colour, which isn't the same and I really don't like it. There are 25 colours in that range so I feel that they should offer me a choice?
I need to contact the finance company today actually, good point0 -
This is really good advice thank you, I will let the finance company know what is happening and go back to wren!!0

What have Wren said when you've asked for a different colour?0
