Way to save an online (non youtube) video?

Hi.
If I go to a site showing a video, is there a way to capture that video for watching later? It's not a youtube one, it's supposedly about an exercise to help with lower back pain/sciatica.
The video goes on forever, and will probably end with a recommendation to buy a book but I though if I downloaded it while doing something else, I could just fast forward to the end and save myself time.
What do the people who create these videos gain by stretching them out so much?
Any thoughts?

No, because that would be illegal and a copyright infringement. Are you sure they don't just host the video on Youtube anyway?0

Yes, there are various firefox addons that will do that for you.
Ant video downloader is one, video downloadhelper is another0 -
^^ What he said above, but (2) and (3) normally work on any PC, but it there i Encrypted streams, then (2) is the best. Also (2) is great for making your own training video to remind you what you have done.
1) However on Chrome there might be ways by using the Developer Mode - youtube shows them.
2) Get a free screen capture like Flashback Express and it captures the sound too.
3) Then there is Wireshark (free), This is the most technical to use, Youtube should show you how.0
