I've been getting the following message for about the last hour when I try to login to online banking. Anyone else?
First direct internet banking
Sorry we are currently experiencing problems with the service. Please try later or if your enquiry is urgent call 03 456 100 234 quoting reference D0001D.

This is likely to be specific to your account, ie if they are doing something with it at their end.Make £2018 in 2018 Challenge - Total to date £2,1080

Phone them up and if you can't get through to them and their site is down, complain on twitter.
They may give you some money as a form of an apology. It happened to me (but I was actually in the process of switching to them).0
