Hi all
We're thinking of switching our electricity and gas over to EDF (due to the fact that we can save over £340 a year with them, according to the energy provider pricing calculator).
Has anyone got any good or bad experiences with EDF please?
Thanks in advance
Jo

I've only had excellent service from EDF.
We're on their Version 1 online Dual Fuel tariff (old customers only) and save a huge amount compared to the competition, we switched to them at the right time.
When I've had to call them, it's been on an 0800 number, always British call centre and answered quickly. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -
Part-timer, obtain your current tariffs and now compare what you will be paying on EDF's tariff. Take what these comparisons sites say with a pinch of salt. If its going to save you money, now check all the comparison sites and cash-back sites to find the one which will give you the best amount of cash to make the change!.0
