Hi folks
Please remember our focus is on helping people save money.
We've removed discussion about other Forum members, some of whom have had their posting privileges removed. It's not appropriate to discuss forum users who are unable to reply.
To be clear, my team removes posts, threads and, ultimately, posting privileges in line with our Forum Rules.
We remove non-MoneySaving discussion and any content we consider unfriendly when it is reported to us.
We follow an infraction process including a polite word initially followed, if need be, by a yellow card, a red card (two week removal of posting privileges) and, as a very last resort, permanent removal of posting privileges).
We want to create a warm and friendly atmosphere where newbies are not afraid to ask for help. Please bear in mind how your posts may come across to other Forum users when you make them. Feel free to disagree with other Forum members but please do so politely.
We are a small team and removal of content is not a reflection on the subject matter of the post, simply whether or not it was friendly to other Forumites or to MSE staff.
Please help us keep the Forum friendly.
Thank you and Merry Christmas
