Ppi claim

I wonder if anyone can help me. About 12 years ago I took out a BMI baby credit card on which I believe I had PPI. However, this company was taken over by OPUS. Would I still have a claim? Thanks for any assistance.

A claim for what? If you are querying if you are able to make a complaint about PPI then of course you can, however you would have to give reasons as to why you consider the policy to have been mos-sold, also given the passage of time do not be surprised if there is little or no information available.0

If it was closed more than 6 years ago you may find they have deleted the records so you would be relying on your own records
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
