amex nectar or santander 123

i have a amex nectar card and santander 123 card

i get double nectar points on all spend..... but only get 1-3% i think on santander at selected retailers

amex has a £30 cost per year
santender has £36 cost per year

which one will give me the best return??

The OP has too many unknown variables to be able to work anything out from that - you'd need to clarify how much you spend, which retailers you spend it at, what your effective converted financial value is for Nectar points you earn, etc....
