Cex online refund

Bought ddr4 288 pin ram from cex and received ddr3 240 pin ram sent it back ( royal mail tracked ) saw they received the item and now a day after royal mail tells me they have received and it still no contact or money back. How long do i have to wait for my money back?

What do their T&Cs say? The law says (I think) they have up to 14 days after receiving the goods to provide the full refund (including all [reasonable] transport costs - delivery and return - since the goods did not conform to contract).

So are you suggesting that i just wait? and yeah its 14 days by the way.

Wait for the 14 days - if they still haven't refunded then claim the money back from your card provider via chargeback. (I'm assuming the amount is <£100).

However the item cost was just under £30
