How can I open an offshore bank account in the Channel Islands from the UK?

Offshore banking in Jersey is pretty much history these days. If you're in Asia, there's HSBC Singapore who offer euro (and other currency) accounts with linked debit card. Perhaps also other international banks there and in Hong Kong.
