Remo application help

Hello all,
I am in the middle of trying to complete a REMO form to enforce child maintenance from my ex who now lives abroad. I am stuck on last form which is a CJ3/N224. Does anyone know what this is and if I, the applicant, needs to complete it, the respondent or the courts?
Thank you

The N244 is the standard form for applying to the court for a court decision. There is a filing fee though you may get some relief from fees if you are on benefits/low income.

Haven't seen or heard of a CJ3 but your local court should be able to advise better than we can. Or read this page

Note that a court can only enforce an earlier court decision so depending on where you are in the process, you may have further steps to take.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.

Is it this one? https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/688533/n224-eng.pdf
The whole bundle should go to the Maintenance Enforcement Team so you can ask them about the form if you can get through on the phone. If they are still telling people to email them are slow to reply, it takes them a couple of months, just to warn you; https://courttribunalfinder.service.gov.uk/courts/Maintenance-Enforcement-Centre-England
There shouldn't be a charge for a REMO by the way, not unless they have introduced one within the last 4 years.0 -
Thank you both. Yes Cake Crusader thats the one! Ill give them a call in the morning0

Ah, super. That looks like an enforcement one, you shouldn't have to fill it in until you have a UK court order. You can fill it in if you want to though (you'll probably have to do it later but they might ask for it if you don't fill it in), just complete the bits you can and try not to worry about the rest.0
