DVLA are terrible for this, any ex-bouncer coke head gets a bulk search access now to our names and address and they never check the reasonable cause. Only a matter of time until something bad happens, the types of people with access to this data

The first page on this board currently has 4 live court cases under discussion. That is unusually quiet for here.

Not only that but byelaws are one case where you can ignore tickets.

Let's be absolutely clear. If you ignore everything including court letters, a PPC can get a default judgment and you then get the CCJ if you don't pay it.

It's easy for regulars to comment in a sort of forum shorthand that other regulars can interpret, but Newbies will read what is posted without that shorthand experience.
