Central heating and boiler cover - 24/7 Home Rescue

Has anyone used 24/7 Home Rescue for the central heating and boiler cover?
What are they like?
I've heard they take your money and then don't provide the service.
Are they regulated by the FCA?
Any other companies I should be considering to go with?
