Has anyone had any personal dealings with Kent Reliance? I registered for a easy access savings account. All their call centres are in India, and the sort code they gave me is for Natwest?? I'm investing an awful lot of money so thought I would ask, thank you

They've been fine for us for many years.
I advocate spreading "an awful lot of money" around more than one provider, if only as protection from IT disasters.Free the dunston one next time too.0 -
They are OK. Website is a bit basic but it works.
You can get better interest rates than Kent Reliance's 1.4% though; Marcus is paying 1.5% and the difference adds up when saving a decent sum.0 -
Thanks so far. Their rate is 1.5 too0

Kent Reliance is 1.5% for those of us who opened the account last week but it is 1.4% for the latest issue and why it is no longer listed as 1.5% in the main site.
(Not sure when they may decide to reduce from 1.5% as it is "variable".)0 -
They are OK but only I only opened an account them because they were offering 1.5% instant access.
Their website is old fashioned and faster payments take ages to show up because they go through NatWest.
If you want 1.5% them Marcus is a much, much slicker operation. Their website is a model of simplicity and payments in and out are almost instantaneous.0 -
Another KR user. Not got a lot in savings, but when my bond expired they (with my implied permission) put the money straight into another with a better rate, so I am all good with them.
Don't go over the £85k though for your own safety.Save £12k in 2025 #33 £2531.77/£5000 (If this carries on I might have to up my target!)

I've had accounts with them for years, including the branch regular saver (easy to access when visiting relatives).
No problems.0 -

I tried to open an account with them, filled it out online and got an email back saying,
