PCN for bus lane and authorised vehicle

I got ticket for going on a road where it is bus lanr amd authorised vehicles only, is there any way to appeal this saying something along lines of, i was going into a business near by

join pepipoo forums using a gmail (not hotmail) account and post in their council section, with photos etc0

But you need to go to pepipoo, to the COUNCIL forum (decrim) and READ OTHER POSTS THERE in order ot know the information you MUST provide to have any hope of getting a striaghtforward, non-teeth pulled answer.0 -
ParkWatch (Defence Systems) run one scam in Coventry (possibly Birmingham) like this. CCTV based monitoring of entry to some private land marked off as Bus Lane/Authorised Vehicles Only.
