Yodal. Again.

I would like to speak to an actual person at Yodel, but it's impossible.
Parcel out for delivery on Monday and that's how tracking stayed until yesterday. Now says "undeliverable - incorrect address". NO, it isn't! Tracking shows dot directly above our house and it's on a main road. The US company I bought from has delivered to us a few times. Some minor issues with Yodel, but this is so frustrating.
I can't talk to a real person at Yodel, can't arrange to collect because it says it's out for delivery and live chat isn't working. Any ideas what I do now?
Hate Yodel with a passion.
Edit - possibly ignore above as it now says out for delivery. We'll see.

I hate them too. Ordered a monitor last week for delivery today, Monday. Yodel attempted to deliver Sat and Sun (I knew I wouldn't be in). They didn't leave a card, but I checked and rescheduled for today.
At 12:30pm, the delivery van was delivering number 10 out of 71 packages, and I was 55 deliveries away. Went for a run for an hour, and they attempted delivery while I was out. They then said they'd attempted delivery three times and I'd have to collect.
So I've cancelled the order, I can buy it elsewhere. Ebuyer need to find a better delivery company.0 -
Its down to whoever supplied the goods, just report it as lost.0
