Great complaint, great result. I'll copy a link to this in the 'Successful Complaints' thread.After advice on Pepipoo from School Run Mum amongst others I submitted this to Sainsbury`s CEO re a ticket from Horizon, and it worked.
SchoolRunMum is very good, she's up there with our very own Coupon-mad!

just goes to show what can happen when people take note of the advice given and act on it, especially by going to the top
IGNORE their little "dig" but DO try to abide by any car park rules in future and if you were to overstay again dont leave site until you have informed customer service and they have taken action, even if its only a written note of permission in case a pcn arrives
