Do you know how much you have to spend to buy a house in the north west that will attract a decent tenant?
We are not talking here about 2 bed terraced houses. There are already many of those on the lettings market so many that they are difficult to let. So forget 2 bed houses. In Manchester think flats.

People see these 2 bed terraced houses fetching £60k but good tenants don't rent £60k houses. They want one like the £450k one above. Manchester is now very expensive.0 -
You want to but rental properties when all the rest of us are giving serious thoughts about selling them? You're mad.
The new tax laws which hit fully in 2 years will cripple you. I got my properties when the rate was .25-.50% above base so it's not a disaster for me but anyone buying now is mad.
If you must do it then use Ltd companies for them all.0
