I need Help! Hotel in Paris required

We've been search high and low for a hotel or apartment in Paris (district 16, 8 or 7) near the sights. We've booked the flight and will be staying 4 nights, arriving on 12/06 and departing 16/06.
We just cannot find anywhere for 2 adults & 1 child (3+). We're looking to spend between £200-£250. Is this possible?
We need your help!!!

it's not district 16, but it's in District 2. there us a bus stop and metro station right next to the apartments. Lifts to the apartments, which is small, the lift that is. The apartment is like a erm, upper class bedsit with ensuit bathroom and a kitchen area. One large bed, double sofa bed, dinner table, chairs, tv, cd/radio player, alarm clock, hoover, iron, hairdryer and telephone with free local calls! Oh, musn't forget the dishwasher, fridge, little freezer, oven, kettle, coffee making machine and toaster. it is very clean and modern and a nice size too! cinema opposite, supermarket about 2 mins walk away and a few fast food and regular places to eat out ... some bars too. We stayed there in April @ eur40/day, so it is very cheap and very clean. they had every thing we needed there, towels, bedding cutlery etc etc.
sorry it's really brief .... in a rush. If you have any more questions, do ask. We paid via paypal. The guy who owns the apartments, sends you the code to get into the building and then into the floor which the partments are on, then you have a code for the safe, where the keys are. you then place the remaining 50% of the fees there for him to collect. there is a Eur20 cleaning fee or you can do it yourself, you just have to let him know.
