Property Notifications

Hi everyone first time buyer and first time posting :D

I recently made an offer for a flat listed on purple bricks, the property has now been set a closing date for next week. It is my understanding at the time being my bid is the only solid offer and the other interest in the property is notes of interest. I would consider raising my bid if I knew other parties had made an offer.

Purple bricks have been sending notifications (on other property's) when a viewing is arranged and offers have been submitted. Does anyone know if I will continue to get these notifications now the property has a closing date or will these notifications stop.

Thank you.

Is this in Scotland? If there's a closing date buyers generally won't submit offers until immediately prior to the deadline (to stop this sort of messing about). Don't know about the notifications.
  • Yes Scotland. Thought that would be the case. Thank you
