What are they made of? If you don't want it plastering then who is plastering? The same person should be capable of building stud work and boarding.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I've just done 2 wall removal similar size in a flat, costing me £1800 although my highest quote was £3600. Walls removal alone is probably between £2500 - £4500. The price variation is depending on if it's stud, brick, internal, external, loading bearing (or not), steel beam/concrete lintel involved..etc.0
