Stud Wall/ board up

x1 - 4ft build in cupboard

(no plastering)

    Walls tend to have more than one dimension ;)

    What are they made of? If you don't want it plastering then who is plastering? The same person should be capable of building stud work and boarding.

    All to be done on the third floor of a smart town house, with cream carpets throughout.

    AS always with these sort of questions, there's too many variables to price unseen. Getting quotes is the only way.

    I've just done 2 wall removal similar size in a flat, costing me £1800 although my highest quote was £3600. Walls removal alone is probably between £2500 - £4500. The price variation is depending on if it's stud, brick, internal, external, loading bearing (or not), steel beam/concrete lintel involved..etc.
