Renting Process

Hi guys
I have to leave my current apartment ( next month ) because the landlord is selling the property, i have care workers who are helping me with my move however i have one quick question.

The estate agent/landlord is apparently doing " Financial Checks " .. does this mean we could get a tenancy offer or will they be doing checks for other people too ?

On the website it now says " Let Agreed "

the fact financial checks are being done is not a 100% guarantee that you are the successful applicant.

It certainly means you are being seriously considered, but neither you nor any one on here knows for sure if there are other applicants also being considered and also having financial checks performed on them

However, unless you fail the checks, it is certainly a very strong indication that you may be offered the property - at which point it may come down to whoever accepts first if more than 1 offer is made to more than one applicant. In conclusion: nothing is certain in life.

I've done a bit of googling and from what i've seen " Let Agreed " usually means they have a few applicants and are in the process of choosing one?
