I don't think it will even delay it.

You are sending a Subject Access Request simply to obtain any missing information.

You are asking BWL to delay things, but they won't do that.
You can then add this to your growing list of 'unreasonable behaviour'.

Everyone is faced with defending or paying when BW Legal get into robo-claim mode.

Paying would be especially stupid, given that only 1% of posters here lose defended cases and even if they lose, those people would pay less than the inflated demand you'd pay now!

No CCJ risk, no effect on credit rating even if you lose, no high costs in play, nothing scary except a meeting with a Judge who will make a fair decision based on both sides' evidence, at a court near you (not a criminal matter, not prosecution, nothing bad).

Just the end of the scam in sight! And 99% of people here pay nothing at all, and win.

So we contacted BW Legal to see what the position is and they say it's pay or don't pay. Looks as though we'll be off to court to defend then. Not sure why they want to waste their money...

Well, they will say that, they are trying to prove something to their client.

As you can see from the video link above from KeithP county court is not a daunting place.
A judge, nothing like Judge Rinder who should be aware of the great parking scam, you and a "rent a mouth legal" who does not have a clue.

Such is the workings of BWLegal

Please stop doing the opposite of what we advise. We already told you this and we see wins 99% of the time. BW Legal hope you don't know that!

No-one contacts BW Legal expecting a different reply than above.
