ESA3 form - any idea how to calculate how much I’m owed?

Hello all,
I received this form on Friday to say I may be entitled to this premium for the period june 2014-June 2015.
I’m not on ESA right now ad I went back to work in August but just lost my job due to company folding. Two weeks before Christmas!
Just wondering how to calculate roughly how much I am owed? What is the premium amount? I was on (I think) the highest rate IB at this time and was moved over to ESA into the support group. I have never received DLA or PIP.
Any info much appreciated?!

Did your claim for ESA end in June 2015? Is this why they are only reassessing this period?
If this is the case then you may be eligible for the enhanced disability premium with your ESA for this period because you were in the support group.
To be eligible for the enhanced disability premium you have to have been entitled to an income based 'top up' with your contribution based ESA.
To be eligible for the income based part (which would be the enhanced disability premium) during that year you had to meet certain conditions. Basically, having no partner who worked for 24 hrs or more and having savings under £16000.
So, please answer these questions:
1. During this period did you have any savings?
2. During this period did you have a partner who worked?
3. How much was your Incapacity benefit during this period?0 -
There are so many variables that any estimate of how much you may receive would be a total stab in the dark. You might as well right down a load of different numbers and then stick a pin into one of them. Only ESA will be able to tell you, after doing the calculation, how much you are due - if anything.0

You are such a spoil sport
I was going to have a go especially since the OP needs some good news.
If the OP was single during that year span and had savings less than £6000, and had no other income then the calculation is fairly straightforward.
So, rates as of April 2014 - so only a rough guide as they would change in April 2015.
Per week
ESA single person = £72.40 +
Support group component = £35.75 +
Enhanced disability premium = £15.55
Total = £123.70
The back pay would be the difference between the Incapacity Benefit payment and the £123.70 per week.0 -
My major concern is that the OP could take a guess/estimation as fact and go on a spending spree based on that assumption.0
