    You can get this set aside by consent

    (Different to a "set aside" - reading up on set aside by consent on Google)

    It will involve you getting the claimant's consent which most reasonable claimants will do as long as you first pay them off in full.

    The court fee for a set aside by consent is £100, and it is all done on papers so no hearing to attend)
