Building Insurance for Empty property

Does anyone know roughly how much it'll cost to insure an empty property?
I looked online and most quotes cover empty up to 30 days but I am looking for something up to a year possibly with no visits in between.

Very unlikely you will get a policy that doesn't insist on the property being checked. Try a specialist such as U-Sure or Vasek.0

What do people do when they take extended holidays?EU expat working in London0 -
They arrange for someone to make the precribed checks - friend, estate agent, etc.
Or they take the risk of being uninsured. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
An inurance broker will sort it out.0
