This is a job for his social worker. He has however broken the rules by having his son stay there. It doesn't sound all that safe for the 4 year old to be there either.0

He doesn't have a social worker.
His mental health issue is severe OCD and he sees someone for cognitive therapy however this is only recent. He asked the landlords permission that his son stays over twice a week to which the landlord agreed.0 -
He's received an S8 form.
He didnt complain to the council as the landlord advised it would be sorted but never was. I'm only willing to pay the debt if it means he gets to stay at the property. If I was to pay the full arrears baring in mind this is the only reason he has received an S8, is it possible that a judge would see this in a good light?0
