Hi everyone
Few years back a friend received a NTK through the post from Britannia Parking. after months of Ignoring them finally gave up. Now a few years has passed and BW legal have sent a letter to them which they believe is a LBC. They're no longer the owner of the vehicle. They're wondering what are the best steps to take from here?
Thanks for any help

You need to refer again to that NEWBIES thread that you were directed towards last time you posted.
This time it is post #2 of that thread that you need to read.
How to react to a Letter of Claim is explained in the first few sentences of that post.0 -

Irrelevant - don't get distracted by that. If that's the vehicle involved, that's the vehicle! Moving it on isn't a 'get out of jail card'.They're no longer the owner of the vehicle. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
