Well I have just received some great news, having contacted the shopping centres Manager I have just got a reply from the Customer Services Manager on the Managers behalf informing me that the PCN will indeed be rescinded along with all the others vehicles that have previously been ticketed for parking in same the location.

Many thanks for everyone who responded to my initial post and for any advice given without your input I feel my cause might not have turned in a favourable manner. INTU have also seen fit to cancel all other tickets as well which makes it a proper and fair result.

    Many thanks everyone.

That's a great result from an excellent written complaint. There's a lot to learn from it for other motorists who are similarly at the 'complain to retailer' stage.

I'll copy and paste the link to this thread into the 'Successful Complaints' thread.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The answer is no but you should not ignore it as you could get sued.

You need to read the NEWBIES thread. See my signature below, coloured writing. If you can't see it, get off the phone, as this forum doesn't show properly on a small screen.

    The simple answer is: No.

Is this related to either, or both, of your other two UKPC threads?

If so, you might get a more comprehensive answer if you were to post your question on the appropriate thread.
