It would help if you told us what software you've got to use. If you're using something like Microsoft Word, doesn't it have templates for this kind of thing included ? Try clicking on Open and selecting a template. Or read through this: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/CD010699711033.aspx or http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT101043031033.aspx

Alternatively if you've access to Microsoft Publisher you could read through this: http://www.imdp.org.uk/techniques/Downloads/Part3c.pdf

There's some advice\tutorials here: http://openoffice.blogs.com/openoffice/templates/index.html to use with Open Office if you're using that.

As for how to print on the revese side, its simplay a matter of printing one side of the paper, then reloading the printed paper back into the printer (replacing the unprinted blank paper if necessary) and orientating appropriately and printing again. Alternatively, if your printer has 'duplex printing' as an option then enable that and it will draw the paper back into the printer and print the reverse side for you.

You really need to specify what programs you're using in order for anyone to have an idea on how to assist you.

It could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.

The OP's browser probably didn't refresh and so they didn't see it appear on their screen so they posted again. Well that's what I suspect anyway.

Hope the OP didn't give serif their actual email account, as they'll plague her to 'upgrade' to their latest package till the end of days!

Some of the Serif offers can actually be quite good! And I only receive one, maybe two emails a week from them.
