Cat - ear problem

Our 15 year old male cat has started pawing his ear and shaking his head - I am assuming that he has an ear infection
Is it worth trying http://www.petsathome.com/shop/en/pets/antibacterial-ear-drops-and-cleanser-18ml-for-cats-and-dogs-by-vetzyme or should we take him to the vets tomorrow ?

Could be ear mites, very common and easy to sort out. As others have said, the vet should be the one to diagnose.

    Ok thanks
He had his ears cleaned out and was given antibiotic drops
    He is now fixed
  • Glad to hear it's all sorted - hope he feels better soon!
