Leaking flat roof bay window

Hi all who reads this, I am pulling my hair it with a leak in my flat roof bay window. I live in an 1860 red brick Victorian end of terrace.

I have a recurring problem with a leak, looking out it drips along the front right kite looking out. There is a upvc bay window fitted. But the leak iscoming through wooden ceiling peeling above this.

So far I have had a new lead roof fitted, repointed all the brick work with lime motar which is 3 red brick deep solid wall no cavity. The dodgy fascia around the window has also been eliminated by wrapping some DPM around it to try and isolate problems. But it's still Leaking!!!!

Could the outer skin of red brick absorb water which seaps down the wall through lime mortar thdn run down onto wooden ceiling panels snd leak ghtough that. Please help anybody.

Cheers Rich
