Dad has nothing to worry about, or pay.
He must send the claim to his insurers ASAP.
He must not reply to the court.0 -

I've seen the firm's today and they're factually incorrect in their description of the accident and how it happened. I suspect this is an injurylawyersforyou type case but I'll do as advised and let my dad get back to putting CDs in the toaster and forgetting his pin number whenever he takes me out for lunch.0
