Thanks for your other post - Why don't I deserve a polite response? Like I say, it's a real shame regarding the short fuses on this forum. I understand how frustrating it must be when people get it wrong or don't appear to be aware of what to do, but I do feel a lot go into panic mode and worry about being in even deeper trouble (which is of course what the private parking companies want!)

You have as advised received an invoice. In fact if the Muppets that sent you this INVOICE had called it a fine you would be in the clear and they would be sanctioned by their trade body for misrepresentation of authority!

Even if they took you to court and won, it still wouldn't be a fine, it would be a debt.

If you really can't take some straight honest talk on here, you will be very upset by the onslaught from the PPC associates that will now insult your intelligence, and try to bend your thoughts and fears by bending, and twisting the information they send you bolstering your misplaced view on this.

Yes the information on here is plentiful, involved, and needs disecting to your situation, but it's the private parking industries secondary intentention (after money skimming) to keep it that way, it helps their scam.

Sorry if you are offended but you need to wise up.

But if you can't take advice pay your "fine" and live your life as you will, have a nice Christmas!

fisherjim - If a corporate company speaks to me in the way people on this forum have, I'll probably respond in the same way, as in suggesting that being rude doesn't help. However, I somewhat expect them to be rude and try to twist it, as they want the money from me. I don't expect fellow human beings and forum users to be such utter !!!!! to someone else because they decide they haven't got anything better to do.
