Hello

We're leaving SSE as our Collective 1 yr v5 is ending.

They've send a letter saying to call back and quote 'RCD1'("sorry you're leaving' etc...)

I don't expect any 'retention' deals as they don't seem to exist in the energy market but if anyones had any experience of this with SSE - your advice would be much appreciated.
