Wrexham Parking charge - please help!

Hello
Just had a notice from Parking Eye - £60 now or ?£100 after 14 days.
i was recently in Wrexham and drove into one of the car parks and parked right next to the entrance.
Another vehicle arrived at around the same time and parked next to me. On reading the signage it was unclear if the car park was locked at 8pm so we started a debate with the other car group as to what we thought. We couldn't be sure so read all the signage we could find around the entrance and still we weren't sure.
I then called the number on the signage but it wasn't answered - got the call out logged on my phone.
As we were unable to be certain of the closing time we left and parked elsewhere.
This whole process took 12 mins according to their cameras reflected on the notice. We had not left the area of my car / entrance in the whole time.
What do I do as I feel this is very unfair.

At the top of this board is a thread that tells Newbies to read it first. You need to read it carefully. In it are templates to use for appeals.
The BPA specify there must be a minimum of 10 minutes grace period in order to read terms and conditions and then decide if you wish to remain. From your description that is exactly what you were doing.0
