Insurance for quad bikes

Anyone that has a quad bike - how much do you pay for insurance, and are there any recommended providers?
Also, if it's not road-registered, do you still insure it in the same way? As really the only risk I'd want to insure against would be it being stolen?

Won't your home insurance cover that?
If you haven't got third party cover you can only use it on private property where the public do not have access.0 -
